PD - Include FAQs ERR Policy Answer
- We do stand by our product and guarantee that they are genuine. However, if something is not right with your purchase, please call the store immediately. To begin a return, you will need your order number or email address used to place the order.
- Items can only be returned within 7-days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered and must not be used. Shipping is not included.
- Returns/refunds cannot be offered on certain beauty products due to hygenic reasons. These can include make-up, earrings, deodorants, and creams.
- Products returned without a Return Authorization, with signs of use, altered packaging, or products not from our store will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns unless the store has made an error.
- Shipping fees of the original purchase is non-refundable.
- Products must be returned with a tracking number. Returns without a tracking number will be the responsibility of the customer.
